Information Technology (IT) Support Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, and basic networking issues.
• Handle user support requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with device imaging, system updates, and software deployments.
• Maintain IT asset records, documentation, and service logs.
• Coordinate with remote/global support teams for escalations.
• Ensure all work follows IT security and compliance standards.
• Deliver professional, timely, and customer-focused service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and Windows environments.
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/IP settings).
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and system installations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Must be based in Kochi or willing to travel locally.

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc.).
• Prior experience supporting multinational clients or corporate offices.
