Shifts : - Rotational shift
•Training Delivery: Conduct new hire and ongoing communication training sessions, including voice and non-voice processes. UK culture and voice audits/assessments for customer service teams.
•Curriculum Design: Develop training plans, modules, and roadmaps tailored to business objectives. This includes blended learning approaches (classroom + e-learning) and innovative tools like simulations and videos.
•Needs Assessment: Identify communication gaps through audits, feedback, and performance analysis.
•Coaching & Feedback: Provide structured feedback to employees and track improvement metrics.
▪Support operations with analysis of reports including process dashboards, team performance reports, etc
•Content Development: Create manuals, storyboards, and learning materials.
•Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with managers, SMEs, and business teams to align training with business goals.
•Evaluation: Monitor training effectiveness and update programs based on feedback and trends.
