Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver classroom and workshop-based training on soft skills such as communication, presentation skills, professional etiquette, teamwork, leadership, and interview readiness.
  • Design and customize training modules as per learner requirements.
  • Conduct interactive sessions using role plays, group activities, case studies, and real-life examples.
  • Assess participants’ skill gaps and track progress through evaluations and feedback.
  • Mentor and coach learners to improve confidence, personality, and workplace readiness.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Travel within Hyderabad for training sessions across different locations/campuses.
