Communication Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Communication Trainer to enhance employees’ verbal, non-verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. The trainer will design and deliver engaging training programs to improve professional communication, customer interaction, and workplace effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on verbal communication, body language, voice modulation, and presentation skills
• Train employees on business communication, email etiquette, and professional writing
• Improve customer-handling and soft skills for sales, BPO, and corporate teams
• Design customized training modules based on organizational needs
• Conduct mock calls, role-plays, and group discussions
• Assess trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain training reports and performance evaluations
• Support new-hire onboarding and continuous skill development

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, HR, or related field
• Proven experience as a Communication Trainer / Soft Skills Trainer
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to engage diverse learners and adapt training styles
• Experience in BPO, corporate, or academic training preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Accent neutralization training
• Public speaking and confidence-building techniques
• Knowledge of LMS and online training tools
• Certification in soft skills or communication training

Experience:

• 1–5 years of relevant training experience

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
