Salary:- 14k to 18k in-hand Location:- Remote ( Work from home ) Experience required:- 1 year to 4 years Qualification - Graduate (Not Mandatory ) Skills Required:- Telesales Executive RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handles Leads received through various platforms via phone ,chat or email. * Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads and identify potential customers. * Support the presales process by understanding customer requirements, conducting needs assessments and recommending appropriate solutions. * Provide accurate information about products and services * Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features * Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions * Research required information using available resources * Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved * Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions * Update customer profiles in internal databases * Comply with company policies and procedures * Suggest process improvement to enhance customer Candidate must have own laptop with good internet connection Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Work from home Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Weekend availability Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
