The main tasks of the role are the following: design, develop,implement, track and measure effectiveness of the learning intervention provided. TheCommunication Coach is also expected to take part in a near hire onboarding program.The Communication Coach is expected to be a great communicator with the ability toeffectively describe complex ideas and processes to different audiences. An effectiveCommunications Coach is highly organized, proficient in time management, and iscomfortable speaking and interacting in front of an audience.Responsibilities:Conduct a study to identify language and communications training needsCreate a plan to prioritize intervention for each type of communication learning needCollaborate with the training manager in creating the Language andCommunication training calendar for the year to equip and fill in competency gapsDesign, develop, implement, measure effectiveness, and track strategic andtactical Leadership and Communications Skills TrainingsSchedule and facilitate appropriate coaching sessionsOversee and facilitate workshops and individual coaching sessions when appropriatePrepare training aides such as module summaries, videos, and presentationsTrain and guide new employeesDevelop monitoring systems to ensure that progress of all employees in theprogram is being trackedAlign with the established training strategy and determine theappropriate methodology to be usedPartner with external vendors who can help in supplementing internaltraining coursesQualifications:At least 2 years of Language and Communications Coaching/Training experiencein either the BPO, Contact Centre, KPO, or Digital Marketing industriesSolid knowledge and experience in Language specific measures and interventionsExcellent facilitation skillsStrong English speaking and writingKnowledge and experience on Effectiveness Measures for both languageand communicationsProject Management SkillsStakeholder Management SkillsExcellent Coaching Skills
