Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Communication Coach located in Indore. The Communication Coach will be responsible for conducting communication training sessions, evaluating trainees’ communication skills, providing constructive feedback, and developing customized training modules. The role includes coaching new hires and existing employees to enhance their verbal and written communication, ensuring consistency in messaging across the organization, and working closely with other departments to address specific communication needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Communication Training, Coaching, and Public Speaking
• Strong skills in Verbal and Written Communication
• Experience in developing and delivering customized training modules
• Ability to evaluate and provide constructive feedback on communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles
• Previous experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, or related field
