The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in driving sales growth within the retail and hospitality sectors.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Identify and generate new business opportunities across retail businesses (grocery, medical, restaurants, etc.).Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Conduct product demonstrations of the POS software and portable printer to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals effectively.Train, guide, and manage a team of sales executives (if applicable).Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to improve sales campaigns and product offerings.Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.Requirements:Graduate in any stream Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software sales, preferably POS or retail solutions.Strong network and understanding of retail business operations (grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Target-driven, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure.Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.What We Offer:Attractive salary with performance-based incentives/commissions.Opportunity to work with a growing tech-driven company.Training and development for career growth.Supportive and dynamic work environment.
