Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Bhopal. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals to meet sales targets. The Associate will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and preparing sales reports. In this role, you will work closely with the project management and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, preferably in the infrastructure or construction sectors Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of local market trends and client needs in the Bhopal region
