Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Time Automation, your role will involve leading the sales efforts for our POS Software solutions in various retail businesses. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Some key responsibilities include: - Identifying and generating new business opportunities across retail businesses like grocery stores, medical stores, and restaurants. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Conducting product demonstrations of the POS software and portable printer to prospective clients. - Negotiating contracts, pricing, and closing deals effectively. - Collaborating with marketing and technical teams to enhance sales campaigns and product offerings. - Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A graduation degree in any stream. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably in POS or retail solutions. - A strong network and understanding of retail business operations in sectors like grocery, pharmacy, and restaurants. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Being target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
