Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Eluru with some work from home flexibility. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable electrical solutions. Daily tasks include attending meetings, making sales calls, presenting product information, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports.

• Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Negotiation and Problem-Solving abilities
• Product Knowledge in Electricals
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Experience in a sales role, especially in the electrical industry, is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
