The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, contacting prospective clients, presenting our services, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, updating CRM software, and participating in sales meetings and training sessions. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset Comfortable with remote work and using various digital communication tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Experience in B2B sales or outsourcing services is a plus Show more Show less
