Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Freelance Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will manage day-to-day tasks such as freight brokerage, client relations, and dispatching logistics. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer service, managing accounts, and handling logistics for long-haul and port dispatches.

Qualifications

  • Two Years of Freight Brokerage experience
  • Has a current book of business
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Dispatching and Logistics Management
  • Ability to manage client accounts effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with accounting and payroll processing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred
