Commission Sales Associate

You will be working as a Commission Sales Associate in a premium home decor manufacturing brand, Lume & Co. Your main responsibility will be managing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This internship role requires you to prospect new clients, maintain relationships with existing clients, give product presentations, and negotiate sales deals. You will also be recording sales activities and customer interactions. This hybrid role is based in Kanpur with the flexibility of working partly from home. To excel in this role, you must possess sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in conducting product presentations and maintaining sales records is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team. Previous experience in sales or related internships would be beneficial. A passion for fragrance products and knowledge of luxury retail are advantageous. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Field sales experience is also valuable for this position.,
