Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Commission Sales Associate based in Kolkata. The role will involve cultivating and maintaining client relationships, promoting CallingHills' tourism packages, and identifying potential sales opportunities. Responsibilities include reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, negotiating packages, meeting sales targets, and staying informed about travel trends and offerings. The Associate will also act as a bridge between customers and the operations team, ensuring seamless communication and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and achieve targets
• Knowledge of tourism trends and an understanding of eco-tourism
• Organizational and time-management abilities
• Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with team members in Kolkata
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales or the travel industry is a plus
