You will be joining Aalisha Overseas, an international trade and development company located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. Operating from D-29, Masala Market, Phase II, Sector 19A, Vashi, Aalisha Overseas is a key player in the industry, specializing in facilitating global trade and nurturing development in international markets. As a Commission Sales Associate in this full-time hybrid role, you will primarily work from Navi Mumbai with the flexibility of some work-from-home options. Your responsibilities will include generating sales leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. Attending team meetings and providing regular sales reports will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record in sales and negotiation. The ability to cultivate and manage client relationships effectively, coupled with self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset, are crucial. Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM software, is expected. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
