Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate. The role is primarily based in Navi Mumbai but offers some work-from-home flexibility. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for generating sales leads, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also be required to attend team meetings and submit regular sales reports. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven sales experience and negotiation skills Ability to develop and maintain client relationships Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Basic computer skills, such as using MS Office and CRM software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in international trade or a related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
