Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis I - South Indian to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure all food is stored properly and waste management procedures are followed.
Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commis I - South Indian or similar role in a professional kitchen setup.
Strong knowledge of south Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
Commitment to delivering high-quality food products and exceptional customer service.
