Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commi I located in Hyderabad. The Commi I will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized, and following hygiene standards. The role involves preparing ingredients, cooking basic dishes under the supervision of senior chefs, and assisting in the management of kitchen inventory and supplies. The candidate will also be expected to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of senior chefs
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes
• A certificate or diploma in culinary arts or related field is preferred
