Job Description

As a Commi Chef/Line Cook at our fine dining restaurant in Bangalore, your role will involve supporting kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards, and contributing to an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for: - Assisting in the preparation and cooking of dishes as per the restaurant's menu and chef's instructions. - Maintaining food hygiene and kitchen safety standards. - Preparing ingredients, sauces, and garnishes to ensure timely and efficient service. - Following recipes and presentation standards for consistent quality. - Ensuring cleanliness of workstations and equipment at all times. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to optimize food preparation processes. - Assisting in inventory management and ensuring proper storage of ingredients. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience as a Commi Chef, preferably in a fine dining setup. - Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods. - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards. - Diploma or certification in culinary arts is a plus. In addition to a competitive salary up to 20,000 per month, you will also receive service charge and performance-based incentives.
