Develop SOPs for fleet management, maintenance protocols, and cost optimization strategies. Coordinate with OEMs, service centers, and spare parts vendors for AMC, warranty claims, and procurement. Monitor and analyze fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and KPIs through telematics and other fleet monitoring tools. Ensure compliance with RTO, insurance, emission norms, permits, and safety standards across all regions. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all allocated corporate clients Should have a flair for sales/insurance in general Should be ready to travel anywhere within India for client meetings Coordinate with internal sales team for client meetings Coordinate with internal operations team for hassle free processing of policies Basic Knowledge of General Insurance Industrys retail product offerings Conduct daily corporate meetings (both online and offline) to promote products and services C2R platforms Explain the C2R concept, product benefits, USPs, and DIY link functionalities to all relevant corporate stakeholders and decision makers Provide product demonstrations and detailed walk-throughs of the journey Explain and ensure adherence to the SOP for successful product launch and ongoing engagement Liaise with the central team to share onboarding requests and coordinate enablement support Conduct orientation sessions for corporate HR teams and their employees, both online and offline Circulate marketing communication and collaterals to promote awareness and adoption. Address and resolve any escalations or concerns raised by corporate partners in a timely and effective manner Preferred candidate profile Required Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing engagements Strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination abilities Experience in corporate sales, client servicing, or insurance/financial product marketing Ability to manage escalations and handle queries with professionalism and clarity Tech-savvy with understanding of digital platforms and DIY tools Ability to travel locally for in-person meetings and demos Excellent team player.
