Selection of Drivers through Field Vehicle Driving assessment Training and Development of New and Existing Drivers, ensuring they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge on vehicle management. Provide class room training and hands on instruction to new drivers on the essential skills such as vehicle operation, driving techniques and proper load handling. Monitor Drivers performance through long ride-along and practical evaluations and providing constructive feedback to improve Good driving habits and adherence to the Safety standards. Deliver engaging and informative sessions on Industry updates and mentoring the Drivers population. Maintain accurate record on the Training activities, including attendance, assessments and certifications. Foster effective working relationships with internal departments, drivers and external stakeholders to promote a proactive approach to Safety.
