You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders. Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities will be crucial. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial real estate industry, is desired. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important, along with excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is expected, as well as a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
