As a Commercial Real Estate Sales Executive at Logispace, you will be an integral part of our dynamic startup focused on selling commercial spaces to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (Ultra HNI) in Bangalore. Your role will involve engaging with high-profile clients, driving sales of premium office spaces, and contributing to the growth of our new vertical. Your key responsibilities will include selling commercial spaces to HNI and Ultra HNI clients by understanding and meeting their unique requirements, conducting market research to identify trends and potential leads, creating detailed inventory sheets for properties in Bangalore, developing innovative strategies for business growth, managing the full sales cycle, performing consistent follow-ups for client satisfaction, and maintaining a professional demeanor to represent Logispace effectively. To excel in this role, you should possess strong English communication skills, a quick learning ability, basic understanding of real estate (or eagerness to learn), proficiency in multitasking, analytical mindset for interpreting data and reports, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools, and strong interpersonal skills for effective client relationship management. While a background in International Business (IB) is preferred, the minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and either being a fresher or having 1-2 years of experience in any field.
