Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Identify new business opportunities and forge strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners. - Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.
2. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions. - Resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Market Analysis and Strategy: - Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and market shifts. - Recommend pricing strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities based on market insights.
4. Team Collaboration and Leadership: - Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to support sales initiatives. - Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior sales team members. - Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
5. Operational Excellence: - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all transactions. - Utilize CRM systems and sales management tools to track progress and analyze sales data. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
Skill-Set : - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a successful track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals. - Proven ability to negotiate and navigate complex sales processes. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics and market data. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
