Job Description

As a Strategy & Business Associate at LogiSpace, a fast-growing commercial real estate brokerage specializing in managed and flexible office spaces across India, your role will involve a hybrid of sales execution and strategic contribution. You will be responsible for prospecting clients, suggesting properties, arranging and leading site visits across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, and closing deals in line with monthly sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership to develop and execute creative strategies that enhance LogiSpace's presence in Mumbai, strengthen lead generation, improve sales conversions, and support team expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking. - Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options. - Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business. - Develop strong relations with operators such as WeWork, Cowrks, Awfis, Smartworks, and others to ensure priority access to inventory. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Represent LogiSpace professionally in all client and operator interactions. Strategy & Business Growth: - Work with the leadership team to create strategies for stronger LogiSpace presence in Mumbai. - Suggest ideas and directions for still and video creatives that can boost digital lead generation. - Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates. - Contribute to team expansion strategies in Mumbai, including inputs on hiring and scaling business operations. - Suggest revenue-enhancement strategies to maximize profitability from the Mumbai market. - Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and innovative business development approaches. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory if proven experience). - 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus). - Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings. - Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai for site visits. - Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for marketing, sales strategies, and business growth.
