Role Overview

Assistant Manager / Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
  • Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Develop strong relations with operators such as 

    WeWork, Cowrks, Awfis, Smartworks

    , and others to ensure priority access to inventory.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent LogiSpace professionally in all client and operator interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory if proven experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in 

    sales, business development, or real estate

     (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
  • Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
  • Willingness to travel across 

    Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai

     for site visits.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
