Commercial Officer

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivables, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong knowledge of banking instruments and taxation, along with excellent organizational skills & immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivables and ensure timely application of payments with accurate book adjustments.
• Achieve monthly collection targets and work towards reducing past due amounts and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
• Handle Letters of Credit (LC), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), and manage Bank Guarantees on a job-wise basis.
• Oversee billing processes with a clear understanding of applicable taxation rules.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in all commercial transactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 3-4 years experience in accounts receivable management and collections.
• Strong knowledge of LC, SBLC, Bank Guarantees, and related banking processes.
• Familiarity with taxation laws and billing procedures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
