Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Draftsman to create technical drawings and plans based on engineering designs and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in CAD software, a strong understanding of mechanical design principles, and the ability to collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to develop accurate and efficient mechanical drawings. Key Responsibilities: Create 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software. Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design concepts to produce detailed technical drawings. Develop and update assembly drawings, layouts, and manufacturing blueprints . Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards, industry regulations, and engineering best practices . Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate drafting and revisions. Maintain technical documentation and update drawings as needed for design changes. Collaborate with production teams to resolve design and manufacturing challenges. Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software. Knowledge of mechanical components, manufacturing processes, and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Experience: 1-8 years of experience in mechanical drafting or a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong CAD skills may also be considered. Show more Show less
