Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Working In Close Coordination With Auto Teams For
Ensuring all commercial adherences
Dealer claims processing as per policy (Settlement credit / claims)
Management of Capitalisation of vehicles
Will be overall responsible for overseeing profitability across ROs alongside MEAL & AD Field team support
Responsible for Commercial & Statutory Compliance, Sales Incentive management, working on all actions/improvement areas for improvement in DSS
Ensuring Commercial and Statutory Compliance
Ensuring actions on Noncompliance
Ensuring reviews to check the status on various aspects like NDC, Balance Confirmation, Cheque Bouncing, Dealer issues, Pendency of processing of credit notes
Aiding in GST Reconciliation alongside AD teams, and closing the loop by debiting dealers ((to ensure no loss to the organization)
Overseeing claim management
Interacting with vendors centrally
Ensuring expenses of ATL/BTL expenses are within budget
Co-ordinating with Legal department for legal cases
Attending Dealer Accounts Managers meetings every quarter to ensure there are no issues with respect to dealer claims etc
Ensuring Dealer Evaluation and giving awards to the best dealer personnel to keep them motivated
Working on Profitability against all the budgets vs Actuals and advising RBMs/ZBMs about the findings
Experience
Over 10 years with exposure to field and commercial roles
Industry Preferred

Qualifications
Knowledge of Commercial Policies and SOPs, Good financial acumen, Ability to handle field queries and giving solution, Proactive Approach
Leveraging Human Capital, Result Orientation & Executions Excellence, Customer Focus
