Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Commercial Manager at Aroma De France. The Commercial Manager will oversee business and financial operations to drive growth and profitability. Responsibilities include formulating and executing commercial strategies, managing contracts, evaluating market trends, optimizing business plans, and leading cross-functional teams. The role will also involve cultivating client relationships and ensuring adherence to company standards and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Commercial Management and Contract Management
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills to facilitate decision-making and drive business success
• Proven experience in Team Management and the ability to lead and inspire teams effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Educational qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the personal care, consumer goods, or manufacturing industry is an advantage
