1. Purpose:

This position is supporting the transaction processing activities of related AR sales commercial at VS.

3. Dimensions of Position:

Managing & controlling the following transactions for AR Business.

Responsible For

All PR related Activities Sales ( M&R , Flux , Stack and Other CLSS requirements)

Maintaining all RFC

Maintaining All the FOC records

Documentation related to AR sales Approvals

Debit and Credit Note Processing in SAP

Monthly Contracts Billing

Application/Service Billing

Other Commercial Support to CLSS

4.

4.1.

• Follow Up with Purchase and sales teams for PR related activities.
• Ensuring approvals for site related PRs with respective requestor.
• Maintaining the records and documentation of all the commercial sales approvals- contracts.
• Documentation of FOC approvals
• Preparation and documentation of

  Credit and Debit notes

  raised in System.
• Follow up with commercial teams for credit and debit note preparation.
• Ensuring timely raising of service invoices and contract billing by follow up with sales team.

• Commerce Graduate or Masters in commerce

6.

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Accounting/ Debtor and Receivable management.

• A good understanding of the accounting process / system and commercial awareness and banking function.
• Good Commercial acumen and understanding of business processes.
• Knowledge and understanding of Customer reconciliation process

• Excellent communication skill, ability to negotiate internally, externally
• Strong Customer service orientation
• Good analytical ability should be comfortable in managing large volume of business data
• Disciplined Approach and good work habits

The position has key challenges;

• This position is expected to interact and follow up with the Customer’s Purchase / store / Finance dept. to ensure smooth release of payment / timely reconciliation and work towards maintaining a mutually respectful and business effective relationship with the customer.
• Manual Management (dependency on excel) of various software and database for maintaining Commercial processes.
• Manage the rapport with the Sales person, to prioritize collection over Sales at times.
