Position Name: Commercial Executive

Salary: 20K+, as per experience

Reporting To: Business Development Head

Posting Location: Kolkata Age: 25 years

Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation (Technical background preferable) Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in an equivalent role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Designing complete techno-commercial proposals for Engineering Products to Tea Industries. ∙Making & sending Quotations, proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices in Tally. ∙Managing Outstanding lists: payment follow up to parties & collection. ∙Maintenance of the service reports, tax invoices, challan & Documents in the server & offline. ∙Coordination with Head Office Assam & Works & service Engineers in Assam. ∙Online paying of Bills, Tax payments & other communication with banks. ∙Keeping books of accounts in Tally of DPG Energy. ∙Communication with clients on a day-to-day basis. ∙Updating Burner status, parts inventory, complain log list and all the files. ∙Checking Call & Commissioning List & Scheduling Service & Commissioning Visits & Coordinating with Customer. ∙Coordinating with Suppliers/ Parties for burner purchase, spare parts & replacements. ∙Raising Invoices for burner installation & Service & sending it to customers along with challan, job certificate & photographs through soft copies via mail & hard copy if required. ∙

Purchasing Materials from Kolkata & rest of India after comparison of each and every material with earlier purchased price. ∙Generating Waybill / Account statements for suppliers & customers & preparation of accounts. ∙Check the account balance on daily basis.

Salary will be as per market standard;
