Job Description

Role & responsibilities Excellence in Execution • Responsible for executing channel strategies and drive business growth • Meet distribution & effective coverage plans through frontline. • Achieve perfect store targets to ensure excellence in execution Category Growth • Drive category growth through activations • Drive premiumization of portfolio through range selling • Ensure customer engagement across channels. Team Development • Develop & Coach front line team • Recruit for right talent and ensure no vacancy exists in market Process Adherence • Adhere to sales operating procedures • Provide timely and accurate required MIS. • Effective and efficient utilization of trade spends and manpower budget. General trade handling customers – distributors and retailers. Min 5 years of experience handling Prayagraj territory or anywhere within eastern UP (Varanasi, Ghazipur, Jaunpur, Pratapgarh etc.). Territory – HQed at Prayagraj/Allahabad - AVP number (targets), handling third party teams (promoters, merchandisers and TSIs). Team handling role – 15 to 20 ISRs and DSRs. FMCG category knowledge is preferred, Food industry. FMCG experience – GT experience from Prayagraj territory or anywhere within eastern UP ** Good communication skills
