Job Description

As an Operations specialist, you are responsible for post selection onboarding and engagement process. Successful candidates will be resourceful, consultative, process driven, and a relationship builder. They will have industry knowledge as well as expert level operations knowledge in order to reach the best possible outcome for the candidate and our client partner. Responsibilities include: - Post selection offer , onboarding through VMS tool for contract resources through suppliers for high-volume, customer facing roles (Both IT and Non IT) - Relationship building and consultative approach with internal team, hiring managers, suppliers and candidates - Operations process compliance and system administration - Follow up with the suppliers / candidates during various stages of the recruitment process to ensure there is no lag or delay - Coordinate with the Talent advisors for all post selection , onboarding and off-boarding process Basic qualifications include: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience - Ability to work on multiple systems and various applications simultaneously ... - Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results while building positive relationships - Proficient in VMS tools like Beeline / field glass - Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, ambiguous work environment - Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success
