We are looking for a Commercial Executive to support the business in all commercial operations. The role involves handling order processing, customer coordination, pricing, invoicing, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end order processing, from order receipt to dispatch.Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth execution.Monitor customer accounts and follow up on pending payments in coordination with finance.Prepare commercial documents like quotations, proforma invoices, sales invoices, and delivery notes.Ensure compliance with tax, billing, and documentation requirements.Maintain updated records of orders, payments, and dispatches.Resolve customer queries related to orders, billing, or deliveries.Assist in preparing sales MIS reports and tracking monthly sales performance.Support audits and internal control processes related to commercial operations.

Key Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration; MBA preferred.
2–5 years of experience in commercial or sales coordination roles.
Good understanding of sales order processes, taxation, and invoicing.
Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
