We’re looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our consumer business team in Chennai (Periyapalayam) to support sales execution , logistics , and private label operations . 🎯 Role Objectives: Ensure seamless execution of sales & purchase contracts for edible oils and food products Manage vehicle scheduling and coordinate with central commercial, sales, depot, vendors, and plant teams Oversee day-to-day logistics, tolling, and inventory operations 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Enter and manage sales/purchase contracts using Oilsoft Coordinate dispatch schedules, logistics, vehicle arrangements, and delivery tokens Handle depot operations: outward entries, purchase MRNs, PO creation, and payment processing Liaise with tolling partners to ensure timely SKU packing and manage packing material inventory Collaborate with sales and depot teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment ✔️ What We’re Looking For: ~3 years’ experience in commercial operations, transportation, or logistics Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Tamil and English required Graduate in any discipline, with proficiency in MS Office and mobile app tools A team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset At ADM, you’ll be part of a mission-driven global team, working at the forefront of food security and sustainability. 🔗 Message us to learn more! #Hiring #CommercialAssistant #OperationsJobs #Logistics #FMCGJobs #ADMIndia #ChennaiJobs #EdibleOils #SupplyChain #SalesSupport #Sustainability #FoodIndustry Show more Show less
