Strategically headquartered in Kolkata, we manage operations through a local stock point and a network of resellers across the Eastern Region. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Commercial Assistant. The Commercial Assistant will oversee and support day-to-day commercial operations including client prospecting, managing customer inquiries, assisting in commercial management activities, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role also involves Supply Chain and Procurement work. So this is a dual role of Selling as well as Buying. Qualifications Strong skills in Commercial and Commercial Management for handling business operations effectively Proficiency in Client Prospecting and strategies for customer acquisition and relationship building Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction Experience with Supply Chain Management Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently in an on-site environment, and collaborate across teams Prior experience in the industrial or automotive lubricant sectors is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
