Job Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and executing opportunities for substantial revenue growth within key accounts. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business goals, and aligning them with the organization's capabilities. Your expertise will be utilized to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, manage strategic accounts, and achieve sales quotas. You will collaborate with global teams to drive growth opportunities and implement pipeline management practices effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business goals, and match them with organization capabilities - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts - Manage and coordinate account plans for strategic commercial accounts - Collaborate with partners and specialists to create effective territory account plans - Achieve and manage sales quotas on a quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly basis - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts and recommend strategies for improvement - Manage an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning - Implement margin recovery strategies in full or partial account ownership - Serve as the primary interface for international accounts, collaborating with global business teams - Conduct product presentations and training sessions for clients **Qualification Required:** - Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline - 4-7 years of work experience in account management, tele sales, product specialty, or related field - Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP) certification is preferred As a Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to impact multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities.
