Role Overview

College Growth Consultant

You’ll identify growth opportunities, build actionable plans, and work with college management to execute high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  institutional growth assessments

  to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in student engagement, admissions, placement, and brand visibility.
• Develop and implement

  customized growth strategies

  aligned with BizVidya’s analytics-driven framework.
• Work closely with

  college management, placement cells, and faculty

  to enhance institutional outcomes.
• Build strong

  industry partnerships

  for training, internships, and placement collaborations.
• Support the execution of

  BizVidya’s behavioral data programs

  and ensure smooth deployment of IoT devices and software tools in colleges.
• Present

  data-backed reports

  and performance insights to management teams.
• Collaborate internally with BizVidya’s product, marketing, and research teams to refine solutions for the education sector.
• Ensure consistent growth and visibility for partner institutions through branding, digital outreach, and academic innovation programs.
