Location: CuttackDuration: 3 Months InternshipStipend: ₹10,000 per monthType: Full-Time InternshipTimings: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM & 4:00 PM – 8:00 PMAbout the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and curious Food Science Intern who can combine theoretical knowledge of food with hands-on experimentation in the kitchen. This role requires someone who enjoys creating and testing new recipes, understands food safety & nutrition, and is eager to explore innovation in food science and culinary practices.Key Responsibilities1. Assist in developing and experimenting with new recipes using scientific approaches.2. Apply food science knowledge (ingredients, preservation, texture, flavor, nutrition) to practical cooking.3. Support in quality testing, standardization, and documentation of recipes.4. Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality control in food preparation.5. Research on innovative food products, local ingredients, and food trends.6. Collaborate with the team for menu planning, product trials, and feedback sessions.Requirements1. Pursuing/completed degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field.2. Strong theoretical understanding of food chemistry, nutrition, and food processing.3. Practical cooking skills with creativity in experimenting with recipes.4. Knowledge of food safety standards & hygiene practices.5.
