Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Specialist located in jamshedpur. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing payment collection, cash collection, and customer service tasks. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with customers to collect outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records of collections, and communicating effectively with clients regarding their debt status.

Qualifications

• Recovery of payment and Collection skills
• need to travel most of the time.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic understanding of Finance principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in the Steel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
