Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Specialist at Square Yards located in Mumbai. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts owed to the company. Daily tasks include communicating with customers to negotiate payment plans, ensuring timely and accurate cash collection, addressing and resolving any customer service issues related to debts, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of collections activities.

Qualifications

• Debt Collection, and Cash Collection skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Background in Finance
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Prior experience in a collections role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
