Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager based in Jaipur. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collections process, managing a team of collectors, and ensuring the timely recovery of outstanding debts. Daily tasks include setting collections targets, developing and implementing collections strategies, monitoring team performance, negotiating payment plans with debtors, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The Collections Manager will also liaise with clients to provide updates on collection efforts and address any concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience with collections processes and managing a team in a collections environment
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and policies related to debt collection
• Proficiency in using collections software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
• 3-4 years of experience
• Graduated
