Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Collections Manager role located in Biaora. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collections process for various loan products, ensuring timely recovery and minimizing overdue accounts. Key tasks include managing a team of collection agents, analyzing delinquency trends, implementing effective collection strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing collections and recovery processes
• Strong analytical skills to assess delinquency trends and develop strategies
• Ability to lead and manage a team of collection agents
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to collections and Banking
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
