Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Collections Manager, located in Kurnool, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Collections Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily collection operations, including managing a team of collectors, analyzing collection strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Manager will also interact with clients to resolve outstanding debts, maintain accurate records of collection activities, and develop tactics to improve collection rates.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of collections, debt recovery, and credit analysis
Experience in team management and leadership roles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial regulations
Ability to work both in-office and remotely as required
Relevant experience in financial services or collections industry
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
