Collections Manager

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Agra for a Collections Manager. The Collections Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the collections process to ensure timely and efficient collection of payments. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments, contacting customers for payment resolution, negotiating repayment plans, maintaining accurate records of collections activities, and preparing regular reports on collection progress. The role also involves collaborating closely with the finance team to align collection strategies with overall financial goals. Qualifications Experience in managing collections processes and implementing effective collection strategies Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze and interpret financial data Proficiency in using collections software and CRM systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively Experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Show more Show less
