Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Indore. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing accounts receivable, collecting overdue payments, negotiating payment terms, and maintaining accurate financial records related to collections.

Qualifications

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in accounts receivable and collections
Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Previous experience in the design or construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
