Key Responsibilities:
Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely collection of receivables through direct communication, legal processes, or third-party agencies.
Lead and supervise the collections team, assign targets, monitor performance, and provide training to improve efficiency and compliance.
Design and implement collection strategies and policies tailored to various delinquency buckets (early, mid, late stage).
Handle escalated cases and negotiate repayment plans with customers while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company standards.
Track KPIs such as recovery rate, days sales outstanding (DSO), aging analysis, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management
