Job Title: Collection Executive (Legal Background) - EdTech
Location: Noida / Lucknow Salary: Up to 6.00 LPA + Lucrative Incentives Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary We are hiring a Collection Executive with an LLB degree or practical knowledge to manage recovery of outstanding dues from institutional clients. The role involves rigorous follow-ups, legal communication, and Target-based collections including travelling to clients. Key Responsibilities • Follow up for overdue payments via calls, emails, and official notices • Recover old dues through structured and persistent follow-ups • Draft and send payment reminders and legal notices • Use legal knowledge to support lawful and ethical recovery • Maintain collection records and reports • Achieve weekly and monthly collection targets Eligibility: • LLB degree mandatory • 1 - 4 year experience in collections / recovery / legal support • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills, individual contributor (not manager)
